I. Introduction
Announced from January 2019, Long Hau 3 Industrial Park – Phase 1 is one of three key industrial parks under the direction of the People’s Committee of Long An province to focus on developing the land fund, complete the infrastructure and hand over to investors in 2019.
Phase 1 was conducted from October 18, 2016 with an area of 123 hectares and officially implemented from May 15, 2019. Currently, until July 2019, the progress of construction clearance and leveling is 76%. Thus, with the gathering of materials and equipment, the water supply and drainage system… is complete it can be said the process is quite fast. With a prime location, the industrial park is easily connected to infrastructure or utility services to serve investors and employees.

Accordingly, Long Hau Industrial Park has a very strategic location:
• Only 3 km away from the port cluster is Tan Cang – Hiep Phuoc, Saigon Premier Container Terminal (SPCT)
• 25 km away from Cat Lai big port
• 12 km away from Phu My Hung urban area
• 19km away from Sai Gon Center
Especially when Ho Chi Minh City is under constructing, expanding and upgrading the traffic system such as tunnels – overpasses at the intersection of Nguyen Huu Tho – Nguyen Van Linh.
III. Infrastructure
It can be said that the facilities of Long Hau industrial park have been completed and fully supplemented in all aspects.
Transportation: The internal area has 2 lanes, including the main lane and 2 auxiliary roads, helping the process of moving and transporting goods to be flexible and convenient.
Power supply: For each line at the industrial park the voltage is at 110/22KV with a very large total capacity of up to 37 MWA.
Water supply: The clean water system has been fully equipped with a capacity of about 10,000m3/day to help serve the process of raw materials processing and food production, etc.
Wastewater treatment: The system will process about 5,000m3/day.
