On the afternoon of April 2, Ms. Phan Thị Quỳnh Như (Như Fenty), CEO & Founder of Smart Academy and one of Vietnam’s leading experts in presentation skills and inspirational training, visited the YN Homes Real Estate Company and shared her experience in presentation skills with all staff.

Ms. Phan Thị Quỳnh Như originally trained as a pharmacist and graduated from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City. After working for a period in the healthcare sector, she decided to transition into training and human development—a path she has successfully pursued for more than eight years.
With the titles of Miss Charity 2019 and Vietnam Charity Ambassador 2019, Ms. Như Fenty is also the author of three best-selling books (distributed at Fahasa).

Ms. Như Fenty is sharing her knowledge with all YN Homes staff.
A highlight of her journey is her hands-on training experience with real estate teams, including YN Homes and other well-known companies such as Khải Hoàn Kim. She helps brokers overcome their fear of public speaking, confidently create property videos, lead client seminars, and significantly improve their closing performance.
The visit aimed to support YN Homes in elevating presentation skills, stage sales techniques, and personal branding for its brokerage team — key factors in today’s highly competitive real estate market.
The consultants practiced the lessons immediately after the theoretical session.
